Information: Conrad Morgan McCoy, 91, of Route 1, Ravenswood, died Thursday at his home.  He was born on March 19, 1904, a son of the late Forris Ezra and Della Morgan McCoy.  He was a retired educator and farmer.  He served three terms on the Jackson County Board of Education and two terms as a member of the Jackson County Commission.  He was president of the commission during his second term.  He was the recipient of the prestigious Boy Scout Distinguished Community Service Award in 1990.  Survivors include:  wife, Edra Suck McCoy; sons, John Paul, Ed, James, Joe and Larry McCoy, all of Ravenswood; daughters, Dottie Whitman and Connie Wright, both of Ravenswood and Roseanna Beane of China Grove, NC; 23 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by grandson, Joe L. McCoy, Jr.; brothers, John, Vernon and Dan McCoy; and sisters, Constance King and Kathleen Hoy.  Services are set for 2 p.m. Sunday at McCoy's Conference Center in Ripley, with the Rev. Dr. Dan Hogan officiating.  Burial will be in Jackson Memory Gardens.  Friends may call at McCoy's Conference Center in Ripley today (Saturday) from 5- 9 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to either the Ravenswood or Ripley libraries.  Straight-Tucker & Roush Funeral Home of Ravenswood is in charge of arrangements.
