  <p>Information: Leo Edward McCormick, 62, of Evans died Friday at Staats Hospital in Charleston following a one-year illness.  He was born in Gilman, son of the late Joseph S. and Mary Alice McCormick.  He was a member of the Catholic Church and of the 2430 Millwright Local Union of Charleston.  He is survived by his widow, Marie Oldham McCormick; one daughter, Linda McCormick of Evans; one son, Larry, also of Evans; four sisters, Mrs. Mary Meredith, Mrs. A. M. Collins, and Mrs. Helen Crolley, all of Parkersburg, and Mrs. Irene Morrison of Bridgeport; one brother, Charles Edward McCormick, Spokane, Washington.  Funeral services were held Monday at Our Lady of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Ravenswood.  The Rev. Joseph O&#39;Reilly officiated.  Burial was in the Otterbein Cemetery.  Rosary was recited at the Casto Funeral Home in Evans Sunday.</p>
