Information: Beatrice McConnell, 89, of Ravenswood, died Thursday, Feb. 16, 1989, in Jackson General Hospital after an extended illness.  She was born in Roane County, a daughter of the late William H. and Emma Rudman McConnell.  She was a member of the Church of Christian Science, Parkersburg, and formerly owned the Old Ravenswood House.  She is survived by two sisters, Beulah Doddridge of Indianapolis, Ind., and Helen Cramer of Columbus, Ohio.  Service was held Saturday at the Straight-Tucker Funeral Home with Reader Earnest R. Lincome officiating.  Burial was in the Ravenswood Cemetery.
