  <p>Information: Sandy V. McClure, 47, of Gay, died Tuesday, March 20, 1990, at her home after a long illness.  She was born in Steubenville, Ohio, a daughter of Helen Underwood Beasley and the late Eber Shields.  She attended the First Presbyterian Church, Ripley, and was member of the Eastern Star, also of Ripley.  She is survived by her husband, Al McClure; one son, James Reekes of Anaheim, Calif.; one stepson, Jason McClure of Riverside, Calif.; one daughter, Deborah Reekes of Pomona, Calif.; one stepdaughter, Ivette Sampson of Riverside, Calif; one brother, Bud Shields of Painesville, Ohio; one sister, Karen Bowers of Salem; and three grandchildren.  Services were Friday at the Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Bill McMorran officiating.  Burial was in the Parsons Cemetery, Gay.</p>
