  <p>Information: SANDYVILLE - Seldon McClung, 88, of Sandyville, passed away at Jackson General Hospital in Ripley, Tuesday, September 10, 1996, after a short illness.  He was born April 17, 1908 in Nicholas County, WV.  He was the son of the late E. A. McClung and Sarah Ann Sanger McClung.  He was a member of the Dyer Baptist Church of Dyer, IN.  He was a former employee of Youngstown Sheet & Tube of E. Chicago, IN, the WV Department of Highways and Carbide of S. Charleston.  He is survived by his wife, Virginia McClung; two sons, Gerald R. of Sandyville and Robert F. of Sandyville; one daughter Margaret Vinson of Lakeland, FL; 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held at the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Mt. Lookout, WV, with Rev. Mark Seacrist officiating. Friends will be received at the Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, Thursday, 6-9 p.m.  Services will be Friday 1:00 p.m. at the church with burial at the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the local Missionary Baptist Church, Ripley.</p>
