Information: Jackie Leon McClung, 55, of Ravenswood, died Friday, June 5, 1987, at his home following a long illness.  He was born in Saxman, Nicholas County, a son of Gladys M. O'Dell of Liverpool, and the late Harley D. McClung.  He was a retired millwright from Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corp. of Ravenswood, with 27 years of service.  He was a member of the United Steelworkers Union. He was the owner of Jack' s Tackle Shop and was a member of the Church of God Universal.  He is also survived by his wife, Billie Virginia Bennett McClung; three sons, Jackie Stephan McClung of Parkersburg, Mike McClung and Jerry McClung, both at home; one daughter, Patty Williams of Lewisport, Ky.; three brothers, Lowell McClung of Ravenswood, Harley McClung of Craigsville and Charles McClung of Trenton, N. J.; seven sisters, Rose Kelly and Norma McClung, both of Liverpool, Elaine Hickman of Richwood, Phyllis Kelly of Ripley, Jenny Cook of Jamesville, N. C., Beleisa King of Sun City, Fla., and Sharon Stowers of Buckhannon; four grandchildren.  Services were Sunday at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with Alvin A. Craig officiating.  Burial was in Jackson County Memory Gardens, Cottageville.
