  <p>Information: Charlotte Pauline Schwarz Mays, 91, of Parkersburg, formerly of Ripley, passed away Thursday, January 19, 2012, at Wingate Senior Living Community, Parkersburg, following a long illness.  She was born July 12, 1920 in Jackson County, a daughter of the late B. F. and Daisy Bush Schwarz.  She retired from Jackson General Hospital as an office manager and was a member of the Ripley Baptist Temple.         Survivors are:  daughter, Bonnie Parsons and her husband James of Parkersburg; a son, Frank Mays of Hopedale OH; a sister, Edith Shinn of Kenna; grandchildren, Bryan Mays (Linda) of Bloomingdale OH, Vince Mays of Greenville SC, Shane Parsons of Fayetteville NC, and Cindi Taylor (Steve) of Parkersburg; great-grandchildren, Haley, Breyanne, Trent, Kacie and Allie and a great-great-grandchild, Davian.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Diane Mays and three sisters.  Funeral services were Sunday, January 22, at Waybright Funeral Home.  Rev. Cindy Eckles officiated.  Burial was in the Fairplain Cemetery, Ripley.  The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to Wingate Senior Living and Amedisys Hospice Care for the care given during her time of illness.</p>
