  <p>Information: Jack Matlack, 60, of Rt. 2, DeFuniak Springs, Fla., died at the Wiregrass Hospital in Geneva, Ala., Mar. 22.  He was born in Ravenswood, son of the late J. L. and Lula Golden Matlack.  He was a member of the Cluster Springs Baptist Church in the Liberty Community of Walton County, Fla.  Surviving are his widow, Charlotte Miller Matlack; three daughters, Connie Johnson of Torch, Ohio, Jean and Terry at home; three sons, Ronald Lee of DeFuniak Springs, Fla., Robert Allen of Tampa, Fla., and William of Nagadoches, Tex.; three sisters, Blanche Runnion of Spencer, Marie Landfried of South Charleston and Mrs. Mason (Mary) Morgan of Ravenswood and three grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by three brothers.  Funeral services were held at the Cluster Springs Baptist Church in Florida last Wednesday with burial in the church cemetery.  Clary Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.</p>
