  <p>Information: DAVID MATLACK, 86, DIES AT REST HOME - David L. Matlack, 86, of Parkersburg, died Friday afternoon at the Riverview Rest Home.  He was born in Jackson county, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. David Matlack, and was employed as a car repairman for the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad, having retired 20 years ago.  He was a member of the Brotherhood of Railway Trainmen, and a member of the 19th St. Church of God.  Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Zelia Matlack; two sons, Justin E. of Vienna and Clark W. Matlack of Parkersburg.  Funeral services were conducted Sunday at the Franklin Funeral Home with the Rev. E. J. Gibson officiating.  Burial was in the Bethel cemetery.</p>
