  <p>Information: Graveside services will be held Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Ravenswood Cemetery for Eugene E. Mathey, 56, of Youngstown, Ohio, who died there suddenly at the South Side Hospital Sunday afternoon.  He was born in Clarksburg, son of Mrs. Della Keller Matheny of Youngstown, O., and the late Willie Matheny.  He moved to the Youngstown area 23 years ago from Clarksburg where he was employed as a pipe inspector for the Youngstown Sheet and Tube.  He was a member of the Christian Missionary Alliance and was an Army veteran of World War II.  He is also survived by his widow, Katherine Conner Matheny; two brothers, William of Baltimore, Md., and Denzil of Austintown, O., and a sister, Mrs Emma Jean Bail of Clarksburg.  Funeral services will be conducted today (Tuesday) at the Lane Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel, Youngstown, O.  Friends may call at the Straight-Tucker Funeral Home in Ravenswood from 2 - 3 p.m. Wednesday.</p>
