  <p>Information: Mrs. Lucy Mitchell Matheney, 83 of Cottageville died in Riverside Nursing Home after a long illness.  She was a member of the Cottageville Baptist Church.  Surviving;  daughters, Mrs. Martha Stephens of Comfort, Mrs. Hazel Berger of Oildale, Calif and Mrs. Eloise Nelson of Dunbar; sons, David O. Jr. of Cottageville, Jack of Douglasville, Ga., Sam of Charleston, Forest ""Buck"" Matheney of South Charleston and Joe of St. Albans; sisters, Mrs. Ida Moore and Mrs. Vesta Coleman both of Dunbar; brothers, Orion Mitchell of Dunbar and Harmon Mitchell of Lawton, Okla.; 26 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.  Wilson Funeral Home, Charleston is in charge of arrangements.</p>
