  <p>Information: Mrs. Ocie Sayre Marx, 94, of Charlotte, formerly of Jackson County, W. Va., died July 10, 1991 in Eaton County Medical Facility, Charlotte of a long illness.  She graduated from Marshall University and received her master&#39;s degree from Western Reserve University, Cleveland.  She was a retired teacher and administrator.  She was founder of Fairmont School of Real Estate.  She was a member of Eastern Star and Plymouth Congregational Church, Lansing.  Surviving:  son, Douglas Ammons of Lansing; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.  Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Otterbien Cemetery near Evans, W. Va., with the Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating.  Casto Funeral Home, Evans, is in charge of arrangements.</p>
