  <p>Information: Richard O. Martin, 85, of Belleville, died Saturday at Marietta Convalescent Center.  He was born in Jackson County, a son of the late Ira R. and Hennie Lincicome Martin.  He retired from FMC Corp. after 35 years of service as an electrician.  He was a 50-year member of the West Virginia Farm Bureau, and a member of Hopewell Church of Christ.  Surviving are one son, James R. Martin of Mineral Wells; three daughters, Lolagean Cunningham of Prospect OH, Eladean Keever and Norma Underwood, both of Belpre OH; three sisters, Mary Allen of Pennsylvania, Martha Frashier of Parkersburg and Ethel Fox of Belpre OH; one brother, Harry Martin of Parkersburg; four grandsons; and four granddaughters.  He was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Ollie Carr Martin; one brother; and two sisters.  Services were Tuesday at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with Evangelist Doug Petty and the Rev. Mark Eaton officiating.  Burial was in Hopewell Cemetery.</p>
