  <p>Information: James Rodney Maple, 73, of Sandyville, died Thursday evening in an auto accident at Mt. Alto.  He was born in Jackson County, a son of the late George and Lena Griffith Maple.  He was a Protestant and retired from the B & O Railroad with 40 years&#39; service.  He is survived by his wife, Mary Dunham Maple of Sandyville; one sister, Mrs. Georgia Hall of Ravenswood; and several nieces and nephews.  Services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Straight-Tucker Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Parsons officiating.  Burial will be in Independence Cemetery, Sandyville.  Friends may call from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.</p>
