  <p>Information: Charles ""Chick"" Mantz, 66, of Ravenswood, died April 6 in Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital, Parkersburg, after a long illness.  He was born in New Kensington, Pa. and was a member of St. Matthews Catholic Church, Ravenswood.  He was retired with 24 years&#39; service from Kaiser Aluminum.  Surviving:  wife, Margaret Bobick Mantz; daughter, Patricia Safreed of Owensboro, Ky.; brothers, Henry of Apollo, Pa., Bernard of New Kensington, Matthew of California, William of New Mexico; two grandchildren.  Service was Saturday in St. Matthews Catholic Church with Father Sylvester W. Staud officiating.  Burial was Monday in Owensboro Memorial Gardens, Owensboro. Straight-Tucker Funeral Home, Ravenswood, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
