Information: Mrs. Bondena Staats Mangus, 78, of Eleanor, died April 14, 1987, in Putnam General Hospital, Teays Valley after a short illness. She was a former Ripley resident.  She attended Red House UB Independent Church and was a charter member of Buffalo Eastern Star.  Surviving:  husband, Hayward E.; stepson, Jack of Richmond, Va.; brother, William E. Staats of Cross Lanes; four step-grandchildren.  Service was Thursday in Raynes Funeral Home, Buffalo with Pastor Jackie Clark and Pastor David Panaro officiating.  Entombment was in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens Mausoleum.
