  <p>Information: Frank Mancari, 74, of Fort Myers, Fla., formerly of Charleston, died May 15, 1989, in Southwest Florida Regional Medical Center, Fort Myers, after a short illness.  He was a member of St. Paul&#39;s Lutheran Church, Charleston.  He was a retired Island Creek store general manager.  Surviving: wife, Edith M. ""Peggy"" Mancari; daughter, Sarah Frances MacLeod of Colorado Springs, Colo.; brothers, Henry, William, and Sam, all of Ravenswood, Thomas of Charleston, James of Canton, Ohio, Joseph of  Altoona, Pa., Fred of Sylvester; sister, Mary Shivelier of Seth; two grandchildren, one great-grandchild.  Service was Friday at St. Paul&#39;s Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Fred S. Crozier officiating.  Burial was in Sunset Memorial Park, South Charleston.  J.E. Johnson Funeral Home, Kanawha City, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
