Information: Milton J. Mallory, 89, of Charleston, died Saturday in the Kanawha Valley Hospital. Mr. Mallory was the brother-in-law of Mrs. Clarence Myers of Ripley and Mrs. Marie Morgan, Sandyville.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Minnie Coe Mallory. He was a retired machinist of South Penn Oil Co  Mr. Mallory was a former employe of Du Pont at Belle, a member of the Walton Lodge Masons and a Baptist.  Surviving:  son, John H. Mallory, Charleston; daughters, Mrs. Gwelda Tabor of Charleston and Mrs. Bess L. Duffy of Akron, Ohio.  Service was held Monday in Cunningham Funeral Home, Charleston, with the Rev. Ross C. Harrison officiting.  Burial was in Otterbein Cemetery, Evans.
