  <p>Information: Clarence O. ""Kence"" Lyons, 83, of Springfield died February 18, 1995 in Heartland of Springfield, Ohio.  He was born in Jackson County on April 11, 1911, the son of the late William B. and Nancy L. (Scarberry) Lyons.  He had been employed as a machinist for the R & M Company for 33 years retiring in 1973.  He was a World War II United States Army Veteran.  Survivors include a niece, Evelyn Patterson of Mt. Alto and four great-nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Edna in 1984.  Funeral services were held Monday at the Conroy Funeral Home, Springfield with the Rev. Cecil McCarty officiating.  Burial in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.</p>
