  <p>Information: James Monroe Lupardus, 42, of Given, Jackson County, died Monday, August 19, 2002, in Marietta, Ohio, following an accident.  He was born January 6, 1960, son of Elsworth and Phyllis Crihfield Lupardus in Jackson County.  He was a carpenter, concrete finisher and hydro-blaster.  In addition to his parents, he is survived by son, Michael Adam Lupardus of Marietta; daughters, Danielle Lawson of Marietta and Jamie Lupardus of Given; brothers, Peter Anthony Lupardus of Given and Roger Lupardus of Ripley; sisters, Linda and Lisa Withrow, both of Ripley; and dranddaughter, Kanysha Marie Lawson.  He was preceded in death by two sisters, Terry and Brenda.  Funeral services were held Friday, August 23, 2002, at Vail Funeral Home with Romie Miller officiating.  Burial at Joe&#39;s Run Cemetery.  Vail Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.</p>
