  <p>Information: John F. ""Fred"" Lukens, 80, of Parkersburg, died at the Gordon Memorial Health Care Facility, Inc. in Spencer Sunday evening.  He was born in Roane County, son of the late James B. and Elizabeth Lukens.  He was a member of the Broadway Baptist Church, was retired from Union Carbide, previously had taught school in Roane County, and had been an Ames Co. employee.           He is survived by his wife, Claudia Wright Lukens; two sons, John Lukens of Cincinnati, Ohio and Jarrett Lukens in Florida; four daughters, Twila Murrell of Bremen, Ga., Claudia Simon of Suffield, Ohio, Wilma Curtis of Louisville, Ky. and Angela Phelps of Temple, Ga.; a brother, Howard Lukens of Spencer; 33 grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by a daughter, Marie Kerpak; by a brother and three sisters.           The funeral will be at 1 p.m. today (Wednesday) at the Broadway Baptist Church with the Rev. William P. Snider officiating.  Burial will be in the Mount Zion Cemetery in Jackson County.  Friends may call at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, and at the church one hour prior to services.</p>
