  <p>Information: AKRON, OHIO - Helen Ruth Lukens, age 72, of Akron, OH departed this life on July 29, 1998 in Akron City Hospital, Akron, OH following a extended illness. She was born on July 19, 1926 at Gay WV, a daughter of the late Walter and Wavie McCrady.         Survivors include 1 son and 1 daughter, Daniel Ray Lukens and Karen Sue Rome, both of Akron OH; 1 brother, Tommy McCrady of Ripley WV and 1 sister, Ruby Hinzman of Gay WV; 3 grandchildren and several nieces.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Lukens, her parents, Walter and Wavie McCrady, and 3 brothers, Ralph, Hillie & Dale McCrady.  Graveside service will be held August 13, 1998 at 11:00 a.m. at Lowther Cemetery, Frozen Camp, WV, the Rev. Phillip Scarberry officiating.  The body was cremated.</p>
