  <p>Information: Mrs. Ruby Lorene Lukasavage, 73, of Charleston Heights, S. C., died Sunday, Sept. 4, 1988, in King&#39;s Daughters&#39; Hospital, Staunton, Va.  She was born in Ravenswood, a daughter of the late Henry and Martha Tennant Perry.  Surviving:  daughter, Sharlene Fowler of Staunton, Va.; sister, Ethel Stevens of Grantsville; brother, Earl Perry of Alliance, Ohio; three grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Victor Anthony Lukasavage, August 14, 1988; and by a brother, Darrell.  Services were Tuesday at Straight-Tucker Funeral Home, Ravenswood, with the Rev. James Cunningham officiating.  Burial was in Ravenswood Cemetery.  Initial arrangements were made by the Hamrick Funeral Home in Staunton, Va.</p>
