  <p>Information: Mary Frances Lucas, 87, of Sandyville, passed away Saturday, February 4, 2012, at Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, following a short illness.  She was born June 13, 1924 at Victor WV, a daughter of the late Orville and Effie Hawkins Kessler.  She was a homemaker and attended the Independence United Methodist Church at Sandyville.  In later years she worked as a greeter at Wal Mart.  She is survived by her son, David Lucas of Ripley; daughter, Rosemary Cline of Belpre; a sister, Catherine Ramsey of Virginia; and two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.  In additon to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Lucas; three sons, Clifford, Roger and James Lucas and a daughter, Angela Creamer.  Funeral service will be 1 pm Tuesday, February 7, 2012, at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, with Pastor Tim Edins officiating.  Burial will be in the Independence Cemetery, Sandyville.  Friends may call two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.</p>
