  <p>Information: Mrs. Eva Juanita Lowe 65 of Follansbee, Brooke County, formerly of Spencer died March 7, 1987 in Weirton Medical Center after a short illness.  She was a member of Wellsburg Nazarene Church.  Surviving:  husband, Aubry ""Red"" Lowe; daughters, Mrs. Brenda McKitrick of Downers Grove, Ill., Mrs. Joyce Loechel of Weschester, Ill.; son, Neil of Plainfield, Ill.; sisters, Luree Frymier of Haines City, Fla., Mrs. Iris Elliott of Lawrenceburg, Ind.; brothers, Eugene and Amos Snodgrass, both of Spencer, Dale Snodgrass of Summersville and Andy Snodgrass of Cottageville.  Service will be 1 p.m. today (Wednesday) at Vandale Funeral Home, Spencer with the Rev. Robert Green and the Rev. Paul Darulla officiating.  Burial will be in Clover Cemetery near Spencer.</p>
