  <p>Information: LIBERTY - Garmie M. Lovejoy, 67, of Route 1, Liberty, was killed Wednesday, June 13, 1990, when he fell under a moving hay wagon at a farm in Paradise, said a spokesman for the Putnam County Sheriff&#39;s Department.  He was a native of Putnam County and a 41-year resident of Paradise.   He was retired from Avtex Fibers, Nitro, with 37 years of service.  Surviving:  wife, Glendolla Harrison Lovejoy; sons, Gary Wayne of Charleston, Glendall Ray, William Carroll and Billy Lee of Liberty; sisters, Louise Wingett of Dunbar. Glada Faber of Liberty; brothers, Theodore and Junior of Nitro, Willard of Liberty; five grandchildren.  Service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Gatens Funeral Home, Poca, with Paul Arthur officiating.  Burial will be in Centerpoint Cemetery, Liberty.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
