Information: Word has been received here of the death of Elizabeth Hartley Loudin, 93, who died Dec. 27 in a care home at Richland, Washington.  She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Stephen A. Hartley of Cottageville.  Her husband, the Rev. J. J. Loudin was a former minister of Epworth United Methodist Church, Ripley.  She is survived by two daughters, Ruth Steach of Richland, Wash., and Mary VanCompernolle, Houston, Texas; a son, Frank Loudin of Catalina, California; three brothers, William Hartley, Lebanon, Ohio, Ted Hartley of Richland, Washington and L. S. ""Pete"" Hartley, Morgantown; and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by a sister, Alpha Conner and two brothers, Charles H. and Hoyt Hartley.  The body was flown to Springer, New Mexico for interment beside her late husband.
