  <p>Information: Velma Somerville Lott, 90, of Mulberry Street, Elizabeth, died July 9, 1998, at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.  She was born Sept. 5, 1907, in Jackson County.  She was a homemaker and an Elizabeth resident since 1969, having moved from Jackson County.         Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law, Ruth Ann and Harol Hinzman of Polk City Fl, Doris and Frank Utt of Sandyville, and Marie and Donald Stanley of Springfield VA; 14 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Jane Wells Somerville; husband, Forrest E. Lott, in 1995; one daughter, Mae Lott, in 1949; one brother, Pearl Somerville; one sister, Gula Stephens; and two great-great-granddaughters.         Services will be held 1 p.m. Sunday at Busch Funeral Home, Elizabeth, Evangelist Eugene L. Conger officiating. Burial in Independence Cemetery, Sandyville.  Friends may call at the funeral home 6-9 p.m. Saturday (today) and 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Sunday.  Memorials may be made to the Wirt County Senior Citizens, c/o Busch Funeral Home, P.
