Information: Funeral services were held Monday at the Franklin Funeral Home, Parkersburg, for Charles S. Lockhart, 2703 Emerson Ave., Parkersburg, who died Friday in the Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.  The Rev. Ray N. Shaffer and the Rev. Albert Howe officiated.  Mr. Lockhart was born in Jackson County, near Wiseburg, Nov. 17, 1897, a son of Kenneth and Dora Somerville Lockhart.  He was a member of the First EUB Church.  He was employed for 30 years by the Post Office Department, retiring as supervisor of the North Parkersburg post office.  He had also served as a deputy assessor in Wood County for some time.  Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Della Van Fosson Lockhart; one son, Lloyd D. Lockhart, Parkersburg, three daughters, Miss Onalee Lockhart, Williamsport, Pa., Mrs. Jean L. Davis, Parkersburg and Mrs. Dora Lockhart at home and three grandsons, Charles M. Lockhart, Robert Lockhart and Richard Davis all of Parkersburg.  Also surviving are two sisters, Nelle Andrick of Parkersburg and Lillian Rector of Clarksburg.
