  <p>Information: Carl Bryan Lockhart, 83, Akron, Ohio, formerly of Jackson County, died Saturday morning in Akron after a long illness.  He was a member of Lockhart Methodist Church at Lockhart in Jackson County, was a retired school teacher, a veteran of World War I and a member of Ripley Post 107 of the American Legion.  Survivors include:  two sons, Phillip Lockhart of Pittsburgh and Carl B. Lockhart Jr. of Akron, Ohio; a daughter-in-law, Betty Lockhart of Nitro; a sister, Mrs. Vesta Mitchell of St. Marys; 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.  Services were held Tuesday at Vail Funeral Home with the Rev. William Eaton officiating.  Burial was in Independence Cemetery at Sandyville.</p>
