  <p>Information: Blanche Inez Lockhart, 72, 1301 Pike St., Parkersburg died Tuesday morning at her residence following an extended illness.  A daughter, Mrs. Louise Conley resides in Ravenswood.  Born in Wirt County, she was the daughter of the late Ashbel and Sarah Showalter Grable and was a member of the Grace Brethren Church.  Survivors include one son, Bernard of Washington, Rt. 1; another daughter, Avis Ellison of Parkersburg; one brother, James Grable of Parkersburg; and 11 grandchildren.  Her husband Lester and two sons preceded her in death.  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Franklin & Son Chapel, Parkersburg with the Rev. Melvin Hobson officiating.  Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.</p>
