  <p>Information: Rites will be conducted at 2 p.m. today at the Lockhart United Methodist Church for Mrs. Belva Mable Lockhart, 59, of Sandyville, Rt. 3, Jackson County, who died Friday after a short illness.  The Rev. Garfield Prine will officiate with burial to be in Ravenswood Cemetery.  Born at Vienna, she was a daughter of the late Fred and Rilla Barlow Lockhart.  She was a member of the Lockhart U.M. Church.  Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Wilma Wells of Kincaid, Ill.; one son, Bernard Lockhart of Sandyville; two sisters, Mrs. Grace Emerick of Parkersburg and Mrs. Vernice Reeves of Walker, one brother, Vernon Lockhart of Wiseburg; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.  Arrangements were by the Chambers Funeral Home, Ravenswood.</p>
