  <p>Information: Lucy S. Locke, 94, Parkersburg, died Friday afternoon in Worthington Manor Care Center following an extended illness.  She was born in Ripley, a daughter of the late M. L. and Mary Frances Board Smith.  She was a member of the Bethany United Methodist Church.  She is survived by one son, Richard D. Locke of Parkersburg; one granddaughter Margaret Ann Bowles of South Charleston; one nephew, whom she raised, Charles E. McGinnis of Pittsburgh, Pa.; and two great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, George T. Locke in 1966.  Services were Monday at the Vaughan Funeral Home, Parkersburg with the Rev. Hollie Thompson officiating.  Burial was in Mount Olivet Cemetery.</p>
