  <p>Information: COTTAGEVILLE - Ralph Eugene Lloyd, 82, of Cottageville, WV, departed this life, March  3, 1997 at Eldercare of Ripley WV, following an extended illness.  He was born July 30, 1914 at Cottageville WV, a son of the late William Thornton and Mary Agnus Sayre Lloyd.  He was a farmer, an outdoorsman, and attended the United in Christ Church at Cottageville WV.  Surviving are his brothers, Karl Lloyd of Fairmont WV and Rufus Lloyd of Englewood, FL; sisters, Mildred Kerwood of Cottageville WV and Beulah Hinkle of Massillon OH; several nieces and nephews.  Service will be Thursday, March 6, 1997- 1 p.m. at Casto Funeral Home, Evans WV with the Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating.  Burial will be in Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville WV.  Visitation 6 - 8 Wednesday at the funeral home.</p>
