  <p>Information: Otto ""Samp"" Lloyd, 81, Cottageville, Route 1, died Thursday at the Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis, Ohio after a short illness.  He was a son of the late Thornton and Mayme Sayre Lloyd.  He was a retired carpenter.  He is survived by two daughters, Lila Marie Gober and Mrs. Vera Gant, both of Boise, Idaho; three brothers, Rufus of Columbus, Ohio, Carl in Texas, and Ralph of Cottageville; four sisters, Mrs. Belle Friese and Mrs. Mildred Kerwood, both of Cottageville, Miss Beatrice Pelton of Tiffin, Ohio and Mrs. Beulah Hinkle of St. Lawrence, Ohio; three grandchildren and a great-grandchild.  Services were conducted Saturday at the Casto Funeral Home with the Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating.  Burial was in the Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville.  Pallbearers were Cecil Boggess, Rob Boggess, Bob Workman, Jeff Workman, Roger Holter and Delbert Sayre.</p>
