  <p>Information: Ida Love Livingston, 74, of Laurelville, Ohio, formerly of Jackson County, died Jan. 14, 1997 at Berger Hospital, Circleville, Ohio.  She was born in Evans, a daughter of the late Henry Elmer and Bedie Alice Thornton Sayre.  She was a retired inspector for Owens-Illinois, Columbus and a member of the Kelbert Senior Citizens.  She attended Porterfield Baptist Church.  Surviving are one son, Elmer Livingston of Laurelville; one brother, Waldo Sayre of Toledo; three sisters, Macel Hoschar of Cottageville, Betty Jean Newell of New Haven and Chloie Sharp of Gallaway, Ohio; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by two brothers, Thornton Sayre and Raymond Sayre.  Services are at 1 p.m. Saturday (today, Casto Funeral Home, Evans, the Rev. Ronald McClung officiating.  Burial will be in Otterbein Cemetery, Evans.</p>
