  <p>Information: LAURELVILLE, OH - Elmer Austin Livingston, 54, of Laurelville, OH departed this life, October 26, 1997 at Adena Regional Medical Center, Chillicothe, OH following a brief illness.  He was born May 17, 1943 at Leon, WV, a son of Henry Austin Livingston of Huntington, WV and the late Ida Love Sayre Livingston.  He was a heavy equipment operator, a member of the Operating Engineers Union Local #18, Columbus, OH, and he was a protestant.  Other survivors include his wife, Theresa Marie Root Livingston; sons, Bruce Livingston of Laurelville, OH, Brian Livingston of Columbus, OH and Ricky Dodd of Little Hocking, OH; daughters, Connie Crosby of Laurelville, OH and Sherrie Fisher of Little Hocking, OH; 9 grandchildren.  Service will be Wednesday (today) at 1:30 p.m. at Casto Funeral Home, Evans, WV with Pastor Lynn Summers officiating.  Burial will follow in the Otterbein Cemetery, Evans, WV.</p>
