Information: Mrs. Opal L. Lively, 64, of Lillian, Ala., formerly of Ripley, died Friday, July 1, in Alabama.  She was a native of Ripley, the daughter of the late Dr. and Mrs. David Hamon.  Survivors:  sons, David, of Pensacola, Fla., James of Lillian, Ala.; daughter, Mrs. Carolyn L. Duncan of Lillian; sisters, Helen Miller of Ripley, Ruby Duff of Cocoa, Florida, Ada Patterson, Navarre, Ohio; brothers, Gene Hamon, Ripley, David Hamon, Pensacola, Fla., George Hamon, Cross Lanes, She was preceded in death by her husband, Lanier Lively.  Graveside services were held Wednesday, July 6, at Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington.
