Information: Levi Litton, who ran the Dog Wagon restaurant for many years in Charleston, died Friday in Charleston Area Medical Center, General Division.  He was 95.  Litton's tiny restaurant was a popular gathering place in Charleston, its fame spreading throughout the state and beyond.  Litton and his brother Clint opened the place in 1910 and ran it until 1943, when they gave it to three long time employees.  Litton was an Army veteran and a native of Jackson County.  Surviving:  daughters, Mrs. Thora Odell and Mrs. Ruth Schuda of Charleston; son Donald of McLean, Va.  Service was Monday at Wilson Funeral Home in Charleston with the Rev. Ralph E. Thompson Jr. and the Rev. Michael Linger officiating.  Burial was in Sunset Memorial Park, South Charleston.
