  <p>Information: Floda Harper Litton, 83, of Charleston died May 20, 1999 in St. Francis Hospital after a long illness.  She was retired owner of Harper&#39;s Grocery, Charleston, and a member of Davis Memorial Missionary Baptist Church.  Surviving: son, Harold of Charleston; daughters, Monicia Knuckles of Charleston, Ollie Straton of Medina, Ohio, Evelyn Hoover of Barberton, Ohio; brothers, Harold Harper and Clarence Harper, Jr. both of South Charleston; 16 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren.  Service will be 1 p.m. Sunday at Davis Memorial Missionary Baptist Church, Charleston with the Rev. Robert Fields and the Rev. Omar Rucker officiating.  Burial will be in Shinn Cemetery, Fairplain.  Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. today at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, Charleston and one hour prior to service at the church.</p>
