  <p>Information: RIPLEY - Ronald P. ""Tony"" Lewis, 77, of Ripley, died Jan. 26, 1999, at home after a long illness.  He was a surveyor supervisor and worked for many construction companies, including the State of West Virginia and Kaiser Construction Co.  He was an Army veteran of World War II, having served in England and Germany.  He was a member of Ripley VFW Post.  Surviving: wife,  Pauline Anderson Lewis; daughters Claudia Chancey of Ripley, Mary Beth Elliott of Cedar Grove, N.C.; sister Mary Louise Fisher of Boynton Beach, Fla.; three grandchildren.  Service will be 1 p.m. Friday at Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Ken Krimmel officiating.  Burial will be at a later date.  Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made to Kanawha Hospice, 1143 Dunbar Ave., Dunbar, WV 25064.</p>
