Information: Mrs. Nellie Leah Lewis, 78, of Evans, died Thursday in Jackson General Hospital at Ripley after a brief illness.  She was born in Jackson County, daughter of the late John Donohew and Mary Sayre Donohew.  She was married Sept. 23, 1916, to Charles Lewis, who died in 1973.  She was a member of the Longview United Methodist Church and the Longview Ladies Aid.  She is survived by a brother, Virgil Donohew of Tallmadge, Ohio.  Services were held Sunday at the Casto Funeral Home at Evans with the Rev. Shelby Wilson officiating.  Burial was in Otterbein Cemetery.
