  <p>Information:      Phillip Leland Leonard, 74, of Obetz, Ohio, formerly of Gallipolis, died Thursday in Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, Ohio after a long illness.  He was a retired farmer.  Surviving:  wife, Nellie Mae McCoy Leonard; daughters, Wilma Walter, Ella Ashley and Peggy Foreman, all of Columbus, Barbara Curry of Cheshire, Patricia Knopp of Mathews, Va., Jean Leport of Henderson, Dorothy Dellinger of Orlando, Fla.; sons, Charles, Joseph, Richard, Thomas, Stephen and Phillip all of Columbus, George of Ravenswood; sister, Marie Gardner of Point Pleasant; 37 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.  Service was Sunday in Wilcoxen Funeral Home, Point Pleasant with the Rev. Edward Harrop officiating.  Burial was in Mound Hill Cemetery, Gallipolis.</p>
