  <p>Information:      Lottie Leonard, 85, of Rocksprings Road, Pomeroy, O., died Tuesday in the Health Care Center in Pomeroy.  She was the mother of Harry Lewis Leonard of Millwood.  She was the daughter of the late Harry and Emma Tobin Smith.  She was a member of the Rocksprings United Methodist Church in Pomeroy and was a charter member of the Rocksprings Grange.  She also was a member of the Meigs Pomona Grange and the Rocksprings Health Club.  She is survived by daughters, Lois Ruth Taylor, Kenton, O., Dorothy Jean Miley, Baton Rouge, La., and Betty June Conkle, Cheshire, O.; another son, Lawrence Dale Leonard, Pomeroy; sister, Buena Grueser, Pomeroy; brothers, Dale Smith, Pomeroy, Glen Smith, Normal, Ill.; 10 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Amos Leonard in February, 1978 and two brothers.  A service will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at the Ewing Funeral Home in Pomeroy with the Rev. Melvin Franklin officiating.  Burial will be in the Rocksprings Cemetery, Pomeroy.  Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m.     </p>
