  <p>Information: LENT FUNERAL AT MEADOWDALE - Funeral services for Silas Edward Lent, 77-year old farmer of Leroy, will be held at the Meadowdale church, near Sandyville, this (Wednesday) afternoon at two o&#39;clock.  Rev. Paul Higgins will officiate at the service which is being arranged by the Parsons funeral directors.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.  Mr. Lent died suddenly at his home at Leroy on Sunday evening.  Mr. Lent was born in Jackson county on March 16, 1886, a son of Emmanuel and Elizabeth Lent.  He had spent his entire life in the county and was widely known and highly respected.  Survivors include his wife, Sadie Vanfossin Lent; four sons, Charles and Lloyd, both of Belleville, Floyd of Rockport and John of Barberton, Ohio; three daughters, Mrs. Effie Ball of Belleville, and Mrs. Mary Pugh and Mrs. Paul Allen, both of Akron; 21 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.</p>
