  <p>Information:      Georgia Cross Lemley, 81, of Cavin Fork, Jackson County, died last Tuesday in St. Joseph&#39;s Hospital following a long illness.   She was born in Jackson County, a daughter of the late George W. and Cora Gray Cross.  She was a member of the Temperance United Methodist Church in Jackson County.  She is survived by four sisters, Mrs. Charles (Ella) Moore of Akron, Ohio, Mrs. Pearl (Ethel) Kester of Parkersburg, Mrs. Kendall (Blanche) Petty and Mrs. Wilbur (Beulah) Kieffer, both of Belleville; 10 nephews and two nieces.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Orin E. Lemley, in 1981; and two sisters.  The funeral was Friday at Kimes Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with the Rev. Paul Morrison officiating.  Burial was in Ravenswood Cemetery.</p>
