  <p>Information: Airman Jeffrey Allen Lehew, 24, of Murraysville, died Monday, May 2, 1988, at Wright-Patterson Medical Center after a short illness.  He was born in Parkersburg, the son of Allen Delbert and Betty Irene Sams Lehew.  He was an airman in the United States Air Force stationed in Chanute, Ill., and a member of the Second Baptist Church, Ravenswood.  He graduated from Ravenswood High School with the class of 1981.  Surviving in addition to his parents are a half sister, Barbara Collingsworth of Huntington; a nephew, Shane Collingsworth of Huntington; one uncle.  Services will be Friday at 2:00 p.m. at Second Baptist Church, Ravenswood, with the Rev. Fred Lowry officiating.  Burial will be in Ravenswood Cemetery.  Friends may call at Straight-Tucker Funeral Home Thursday from 2 to 9 p.m. and at the church one hour prior to the service.</p>
