Information: Leeper, John H.Baptist Church on Tuesday afternoon with the Rev. E. B. Warren officiating and the burial was in the church cemetery.  Mr. Leeper, who was a native of Noble County, Ohio, had been in failing health for some time and death had been expected.  He was a son of the late Samuel and Hattie (Lent) Leeper.  Mr. Leeper was born on 9 Sept 1869 in Noble County, Ohio and died at Ravenswood on 3 Sept 1949.  Some 54 years ago he married Louise Wilcox.  Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Lena Wilcox Leeper; two daughters, Mrs. J. W. (Minnie) McVey of Leroy and Mrs. A. H. (Nan) Hannah of Elizabeth, and three sons, Isaac Leeper of Little Washington, Pa. and Hollie and Charles Leeper, both of Duncan.  (Betty Kessel McIntyre obit collection)
