  <p>Information: Layne, Cecil Emmitt     12/9/1986     Jackson Herald         Cecil Emmitt Layne, 75, of Kanawha Two Mile, died Dec. 9 in General Division, CAMC, after a short illness.  He was owner and operator of Wesley&#39;s Market and Layne Cemetery, Kanawha Two Mile.  He was a member of Seventh-day Adventist Church and was a Navy veteran of World War II.  Surviving wife, Margaret Petry Layne; sons, James and Timothy, both of Charleston, Richard of Sissonville; daughters, Sue Holden of Dover, Del., Louise Carpenter and Priscilla Painter, both of Sissonville; brother, Othor of Kanawa Two Mile; sisters, Ada Tackett and Bessie Taylor, both of Kanawha Two Mile, Lucille Anderson and Albertha White, both of Charleston; 12 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.  Service was Friday in Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with Pastor John B. Oddie officiating.  Burial was in Layne Cemetery, Kanawha Two Mile.     </p>
