  <p>Information: Hazel Lucille Latstetter, 78 of 2305 44th St. died early Sunday morning at the Camden Clark Hospital.  She was born in Jackson County, daughter of the late Ernest and Erma Hawk Campbell.  She was a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church and she came here from Ravenswood in 1950.  She is survived by three sons;  Calvin Latstetter of Williamstown, William Eugene Latstetter of Florida; and Robert Latstetter of Vienna; four daughters, Rosel Wagner and Betty Sumner, both of Dayton, Ohio, Wilma Herman of Port Huron, Mich., and Ruth Williams of Parkersburg; one brother, Devon Curry of Parkersburg; 23 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, John A. Latstetter, one son, one daughter and one sister.  Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Emmanuel Baptist Church with the Rev. John W. Keck officiating.  Burial will be in the Independence Cemetery.  Leavitt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.</p>
